Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Fleet Medical Advisor to join our team. The role will involve overseeing pre-employment medical examinations (PEMEs), providing second opinions, answering medical-related calls (initially under supervision), and assisting in the creation of medical materials (fliers, posters, etc.) for shipping companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and Manage PEMEs: Upload pre-employment medical examination (PEME) results to the Health4Crew platform and ensure proper documentation.
Review and Second Opinion: Review PEME results, providing expert second opinions on any discrepancies or issues raised in the reports.
Assist with Calls: Be available to answer calls related to medical inquiries, providing support to seafarers and shipping companies, with supervision during the initial stages.
Medical Material Creation: Assist in the creation and design of medical materials such as fliers, posters, and other promotional content aimed at raising awareness of health and safety issues for shipping companies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and the Health4Crew team to ensure seafarers’ health needs are met and provide insights on medical trends within the fleet.
Ongoing Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in maritime medicine and healthcare trends, ensuring all advice and recommendations align with industry best practices.
Requirements:

Medical qualification
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using digital tools for documentation and medical material creation (experience with design software is a plus).
Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
Fluency in English is required. Other languages is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with telemedicine or remote consultations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
